reds Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 hey guys I just put a 95 civic vtec 1500 motor in my 93 delsol and just started it today and when it finally got up to running temp it had a surge from 900rpm to about 1300rpm...Now here is the weirdest thing..I can turn on the heater in the car and turn the fan selection to 4 and the car will quit surging and rpm will go up to 1100....you can also leave the the heater fan off and just simply put the car in drive and the surge will quit and of course the rpms are on about 900 and runs great..This one has got me so if anyone can help THANKS!!could it be the tps sensor?
