optional187
i voted for number 1!!!! oh...the shift knob thing. i don't have an automatic but i'm thinking there is a set screw, probably on the front of the knob, and its probably an allen screw. so. ask daddy if you can borrow some of his allen wrenches and see if you can't strip that set screw! BigBirdSucks
well, I'd help you if I didn't have to go to class, but when I get back, I'll help you. I put one on my integra and ten decided it sucked, so I actually put a manual shifter, shift boot, and bracket on it. it looked like a manual anyway and wasn't hard to to at all. BuddySol
2! That's how you install a shift knob on an automatic. But, all I did to remove the shift knob of the auto was use a regular screwdrivers to loosen the screws on the sides. After that it should come off. Simple ah? How to put on an aftermarket one...never did, saw no point.
