DelSolFreak
scale of 1-5, 1 being the easiest and 5 the hardest, how difficult is it to remove the worn out stock suspension bushings and install polyurathane ones?

DelSolFreak
does the haynes manual walk you through it or is it pretty much, disassemble, knock out old, press in new, reassmeble?
Xeryon
you got it: just remove and replace however you can do it. removal of each bushing is a little different. some just pop out, some are formed and have to be cut, torched and melted out, several have metal inner and outersleeves you have to reuse and a few come with new sleeves. a press of some variety would be required, if you are handy like I am I rigged a threaded shaft onto a couple old pistons to press in a couple of the larger ones, but a cheap press would be very useful, or access to a shop with a large one too. that and lots of lube! DelSolFreak
would a 8" x 1/2" faced vice work?
Xeryon
don't see why not as long as you take your time and don't try to rush it - wouldn't want you to hurt yourself with all the improvising and such.
