if the b18c head is actually a b18c5 or p73 head then it is the same head they use on the civic type r b16b. no diff except fot the cams, they had a little more lift and duration

ITR head is the same as the CTR head. Cams are the same (00/01 ITR).

 

B18C1 head would not restrict it. The C1 head flows better on the intake side than a B16 head. Put a good valve job on it and it will outflow the ITR head.

either head is good the b16 has a better exhaust port angle than the gsr but the intake side is better on the gsr. Gsr has more quench pad then the b16. CTR and ITR are not the same. the CTR's are more aggressive. more lift and duration than ITR. i have my notes at home. The CTR head and the ITR head are ported from the factory but not drastic
