Any ideas on what may be wrong and whats needs to be fixed, would be a

[95 Honda Accord EX]

I got a 1995 Honda Accord EX. It only has around 73,000miles. I've put some work into including a new radiator, manifold, exahust pipe, muffler, and a few other things. It used to be very loud with the holes in the exhaust and a crack in the manifold, but ive had those problems fixed. Now, when i accelerate, it idles really loud or something. The engine gets louder as i accelerate then quiets down when i let off the gas. But when no music is on it is really loud and doesn't sound good at all. Any ideas on what may be going on???

It comes from the engine. Then i believe things start to rattle, probably something is loose. im not sure. Also the other day my steering locked up. and its never done it before and it just did it the other day
