A lot of cars are actually streetable, just it isn't too fun nor practical. Joey, guy with a 500-600whp Civic around here drives his car to and from the track and to work sometimes. Nice cars up there. 10 second RX7..11 second Teggy making less than 600 at the wheels.. Couple of EVO's. Handful of nice cars. Civic is COMPLETELY streetable, easy to keep below boost.
