What they do is get your information and check all of the major insurance companys and get back to you with the cheapest.You probably have one in your area. I had insurance threw progressive and when my term was up I thought I would shop around. A friend suggested I try this and I did and they got me insurance threw progressive as well but much cheaper and its full coverage. I wrecked my vehicle one time and it was no problem, no hassle.
