You'd probably be able to hit high 13's. Those mods on a B16 del sol would run mid 14's and a 91 hatch is about 300 pounds less.

Let me rephrase that as mid to high 14's. Just a 7lb flywheel should put it around a 15.2 and the intake header, exhaust would knock off .2-.3 maybe. With cams it could probably hit a mid-low 14.

depends on the setup. i know of a guy that has a bone stock D16z6 except for arp head studs, and has a full-race stage 1 gt turbo kit and runs 12.2 and his motor has 170,000+ miles on it still running strong!
