Posted July 20, 2006 Share Posted July 20, 2006 im actually just posting to confirm what i think the problem is. i have adjustable coilovers. i had them installed on my car before my swap and i was able to completely lower my car. now that i have the swap, if i go any lower than half way, then my car vibrates when i turn. i got the coilovers from a friend who had the same type and year civic i did except he had a type r. his car was lowered all the way but his didnt vibrate, but he also had a tower strut bar, i dont. is it because i dont have a strut bar, or maybe i just need a new suspension cuz this one is worn out? cranny Posted July 20, 2006 Share Posted July 20, 2006 sounds like somin is almost not tight or somin dude. changing the engine aint gonna change the feel of the car. might make it handle different at speeds but shimmy and shake? you know as well as i do that aint so. make sure your wheels are tight dude , lol , jesus.
