RJJ
would the T25 turbo be a good choice for a prelude v-tec with venom nos 2000? would Integra R pistons with spoon rings be a good choice? Or would i need differnt pistons for a 175 shot? I'm also gonna replace the clutch, flywheel, camshaft, cam gear, heades, exaust, interior, hood, lights, brakes, coil overs, intake, and others. How much more horse power could i get out of a T25 from a GSX? I also have to switch the ECU and such. How high pressure boost should i use for street? 6.0psi? race?10.0psi? should I get a timer and varible boost controller would a intercoooler from a WRX work fine? I'm gonna install every thing else at home will i need a pro to in stall the T25 or can i do it? How much would labor be if i cant do it?

How much would labor be if i cant do it? the t25 turbo would be very nice setup. the teg type r pistons wit sppon rings are very very good choice for you no the teg pistons would be fine ok make sure the clutch and flywheel are from clutch masters get teh camshaft and cam gears from GUDE or Crower the headers i would get from DC, same with teh exhaust get a carbon fiber hood, and spoon brakes tein coil overs, dc intake there shouldnt be much different that i know of yes the ecu switch is mandatory for ur daily driver if u run medium grade or premium grade i would run 8.0-11.psi the timer/vbc would be ok yes it would work but i would get a skyline intercooler or grredy intercooler u should be able to install the turbo urself. the labor would cost between 50-75 $ an hour
RJJ
web cites that sell clutches what about the extreme pressure disic clutch form ACT and a clutch masters AL fly wheel i saw these at JDM Honda Parts .com
EGRacer
ok i know www.nopi.com sells clutches and i think www.clutchmasters.com does too. also i would choose clutch masters over ACT for right now cause i have had some bad luck with them but its your car so your choice

optional187
ok dude..if your putting a good sized turbo on a prelude, and your also planning on spraying it with venom vcn2000 thenyour going to need a higher stage then a stage 2. your looking at a racing clutch that holds something like 150-200% over stock and if you were planning to keep it streetable...say goodbye to that plan. 175 shot of nos is not streetable...meaning your not going to be able to run the 175 shot at the track and be able to drive the car to and from the track too. just my opinion and good luck with it
SBZ
Well,I'm running 600HP with nitrous and I'm using what I was informed is a stage5 ACT clutch. Just my input that might be of some help to you Later
SMOKENYOU
Just a real quick question I might have missed some of the posts what kind of engine work do you have done that your prelude can handle that?? Im just making sure no one is trying to mess with your ride 175 is a hell of a lot of Nos for a prelude... also a prelude is what a 2.0 or 2.2 and a integra is 1.8 wouldnt the prelude need bigger pistons than a teg could offer???? SBZ
The Prelude Vtec has a bore of 87mm.The Integra has a bore of 81mm.I don't think that the Teg's pistons would work in the 'Lude, unless you want them to slap around in there......anyway hope this helps
