Race parts for 3rd gen prelude, where and what

I'm in the process of building a DSP Solo II car. I need information on the following parts; what info I need is what parts are good, not good, and where I can get them. Used parts are also welcome if anyone has them to sell.

 

 

Flywheel

clutch

Header

Coilover (besides Ground Control or the $100 ricer special)

ADJUSTABLE shocks (I don't need to know about the non adjustables)

 

 

One other peice of information I would like is the most amount of backspacing that I can have before I hit something inside the wheel wells. If you don't know the backspacing, then the offset and wheel width and diameter is fine. As of now I am hoping to run 13x8 wheels with 225/45/13 tires. I do not care if they stick outside of the car. It's a race car and it doesn't matter and I intend to run extremely stiff spring rates and possibly modify the fenders if I have too.

 

Or if there is anything else I need to know, what is it?
