GAGES196
I have a 1995 honda accord ex, i was looking for a engine swap since mine crapped out on me, and found many sites for a h22a. There is however a h22a g1 which is 92-96 prelude, h22 g2 97-01 prelude, and the h22a s type s prelude, and the h23a, which of these is the right one or best one for the engine swap.......is there any difference, are the mounts different, what mods will i have to do......i did a search but cant find info on the gens.....>_<
Kastigir
There would possibly be some HP and TQ differences, as well as potential price differences. All H series engines should have the same mounts. Check the Honda Engine Code list in the Civic forum, should be some info as far as HP/TQ ratings in there.
