Swaping a 87 lude motor into an 85

Ok I have two preludes, 1 an 87 the other an 85. I crashed my 87 but the motor was still good, running fine ect. Anyways I pulled the 87 motor and dropped it into my 85 prelude. The problem is that the Vacuum Sending Unit is different as well as the distribuator. On the 85 prelude there are 4 Vacuum lines going out of the unit, 3 pumps inside and 5 wires. On the 87 motor there are 6 vacuum lines, 4 pumps and 6 wires. On the 85 prelude there is only one vacuum line going into the distribuator while on the 87 there are 2. Comming off the sending unit on the 87 one of the extra vacuum lines goes straight to the distibuator while the other goes down inbetween the 2 carbs. The car fires and runs fine but after about 30 seconds to a minute the carbs will flood. Does this sound like something the vacuum lines would cause and if so how do I fix it? Thanks - James
