Timing belt area makes weird clicking/ticking sound when idle. 2010 accord

So a couple weeks ago i noticed that my car made a loud sound when cold starting and had bubbles in the power-seeking reservoir. Especially if its cold out. Found out it was leaking Power-seeking fluid. I have 2010 accord EX L v4 4 door. Found a video on replacing the power steering pump o ring. I just replaced the o ring and there is no loud noise and the leak seems to have stopped. My problem now is the timing belt makes that weird noise that only happened after the powersteering leak. I checked and saw that fluid was trickling down all the way to bottom. My question is, could the fluid on the timing belt caused it to move out of place or lubricated it, causing this noise? Will changing the timing belt help? Thanks.
