jhood Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 I recently tried to install a 4,2,1 header on my honda accord 97 4 cyl. I bought the headers from ebay so no one wants to help me at local car shops. When i tried to install it i found it is not a direct fit, i have a diagonal 2 screw setup on the new headers while it is a 3 screw triangle setup for the stock and it is not long enough, i ended up bolting everything back on and bringing it to mienakee (however u spell it) anyways they want 170 bucks for working on it and they did not even look at it. They said bolt usually snap on the manifold but i have nuts not bolts and i already took them off before anyways, but i was wondering if they sold a piece that i could buy that would definitly fit, or any other sugguestions.
