98 Honda prelude cranking but not starting

My 98 prelude isn’t starting, it’s cranking but not starting. Spark is getting to the coil but it isn’t getting to the distributor and in turn, the spark-plugs. I already replaced the coil and distributor and still nothing. No check engine light and no codes on obd2. It’s engine swapped but it’s the same model engine. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
