Welp folks the polls have closed!!

 

LOCATION: Clearwater/St. Pete

DATE: March 27-28

 

And its official, the first poll resulted in a tie for date of the meet! I should have known something like this was gonna happen. NEVER FEAR though, since the masses picked the location to be Clearwater/St. Pete, the decision between dates was easy.

 

Obviously holding a meet in Clearwater and having it the weekend of Tuner Bash wouldn't be very logical since they are on opposite sides of the state. So with so many voters choosing that, they didnt care what day it was. We picked March 27-28 to be the date time frame which was the other winner of the tie.

 

This coming weekend elle and I are going to set out and look at three major waterfront parks in the Clearwater/St. Pete area for a meetup. The three we are going to are Ft. Desoto park, Sand Key park, and War Veterans park. All three of these parks are very cool looking, beachfront, contain facilities for recreation if so voted on, and pavilions that we will be looking into renting.

 

After we go out next sunday and decide on the one with the best amount of options we will be posting up the next series of poll's on dining/cookout choices and activities in the same poll since we now have a time constraint. To choose between the 27th and 28th, will depend on what day we can reserve a shelter.

 

This meet is looking very good, we had a very bigh voter turnout at like 40 something and the location looks very appealing. Appealing enough that we hope to keep people who need to travel a little ways to stay interested. We thank you for your enthusiasm and your will to vote on these things and we ask that you continue that next week when we post the final poll and set this thing in stone.
