Another newbie needing basic help

Hi all. 
 

I am a 60-yr-old female with a 1993 Honda Accord 10th anniversary edition.  
 

I am trying to replace the ignition cylinder but cannot get the shroud off the column after removing the 3 (alleged) screws from the bottom half.

Any suggestions?
