Mikeyt1503 Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 Hello I'm Michael, I need some help, I've been trying to look everywhere and get some help, my civic started making some weird knocking noise from the engine, so I took it in to get it checked and comes to find out the Cylinder # 3 or valve # 3 has a piston pin that's either broken or it cracked, so after getting told the issue, he tells me it's gonna cost me 5 grand to fix it. Im like no way that's true. He tells me that it'll cost me more to rebuild it, that I'm better off getting a used engine.
