Cree Posted July 25, 2019 Share Posted July 25, 2019 I have a 2007 S2000 and the car is shutting off while I drive. I took it to a mechanic and he said I need to replace the engine. The car starts & drives but is idling weird and when I switch gears while driving the engine shuts off. The car only has 115k miles. There is no knocking or smoke coming from the engine it just dies while switching gears. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
