H22a ek axle issue

So I have a 96 ek with a H22a swap in it euro r . I’ve got eBay innovative solid mounts and yonaka 250hp axles for the ek . I’ve noticed a gap on the passenger side inside where the axle meets the tranny . I was wondering if you can give me any input on to what to do without spending cash or if it’s normal for it to have that gap ? Any input would be appreciated .
