2000 ACCORD PARKING BRAKE STUCK!

So my 2000 Honda Accord was having trouble reversing and the brake light on the dash is always on even when the parking brake/e brake is down. The other day I went to reverse and it felt like there was a log or something stuck behind the rear passenger wheel and I had to rev the engine pretty hard to get it to reverse down the driveway. So I took the wheel off the rear passenger side and found that one of the brake pads has fallen out and it seems like the parking brake is stuck . When I pull the parking brake inside the car the mechanism attached to the caliper moves but it makes a creaking sound. I hit it with a hammer and sprayed it with wd-40 and it loosened a little but still no luck🤪 what should I do ? Please help this is my daily driver and I need it back on the road safe enough to drive my kids around.
