Groovy Gringo Posted April 13, 2019 Share Posted April 13, 2019 So my 2000 Honda Accord was having trouble reversing and the brake light on the dash is always on even when the parking brake/e brake is down. The other day I went to reverse and it felt like there was a log or something stuck behind the rear passenger wheel and I had to rev the engine pretty hard to get it to reverse down the driveway. So I took the wheel off the rear passenger side and found that one of the brake pads has fallen out and it seems like the parking brake is stuck . When I pull the parking brake inside the car the mechanism attached to the caliper moves but it makes a creaking sound. I hit it with a hammer and sprayed it with wd-40 and it loosened a little but still no luck🤪 what should I do ?
