6foota Posted June 24, 2014 Share Posted June 24, 2014 Good Morning all, I just purchased my first Honda whoooohoooo and I love it. I wanted a fixer upper I got me a 92 Honda accord and it has a 4 cylinder 5 speed manual, my question is the ignition when I turn it it lights up and everything but doesn't start so the previous owner put a toggle switch running to solenoid to switch and battery so if I turn the key and press the button it starts my question is I want to removed the switch its only connected to the battery and solenoid so my question is why did they do that???? is there something wrong with the ignition or what part would I need to correct this?
