looking for good suspension, muffler, hid kit brands

I recently bought my 2nd car, a 1998 honda civic ex. It looks nice but she's too low for where I live, she has coilovers but I dont know the brand of the system so I cant ajust the ride highth, should I go with factory springs and shocks or another coilover system? Now to the exhaust, it's Way too loud, you can hear it Start from 1.5 miles away, I want a muffler that sounds good without the ricer sound. I also have an Hid housing but no Hid kit, I need a good reputable company.
