Nano Posted February 25, 2013 Share Posted February 25, 2013 I just bought a prelude and it was over heating. I replaced waterpump and the timing belt that goes to the oil pump as well as thermosta.it was still overheating. The fan was not coming on. I replaced fan relay and it came on. 93LudeVTEC Posted February 25, 2013 Share Posted February 25, 2013 did you bleed the coolant there is a bleeder screw on top of the thermostat housing fill up coolant put cap on leave car runing leave the bleeder open just keep filling coolant up till a steady stream is coming out then tighten screw and see what happens Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
