nelson33
I can drive my Pilot fine for about 5-10 mins but then it starts to slip into 3rd gear (high rev then clunks into 3rd). Took to shop for estimate and they said i need a new transmission, of course. But i noted the error codes it gave him and researched at home. I just dont feel its the whole tranny since it runs fine at first, it seems to "warm-up" to the issue. Here's the codes and what i found: P1750: mechanical problem in hydraulic control system of A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve assemblies A&B or problem in the hydraulic control system P1740: problem in the 4th clutch transmission fluid pressure switch circuit From what i read online it could be as easy as cleaning a filter or replacing a switch. I'm looking for any help, suggestions, or diagrams so i could try to do this myself for cheap. found these so far: http://www.justanswer.com/honda/15qtp-2002-honda-parts-need-fault-codes.html http://www.justanswer.com/honda/37tuw-code-1750-will-replacing-pressure-switch-correct-prolbem-prolbem.html
