After googling the problem, the consensus seems to be slightly stripped threads. So I googled some more, and come across Time-Serts. has anyone ever used them, our had similar problem, and how did you fix the issue? I've looked on the time-sert website, but only find links for Ford (Triton) inserts, and literally nothing else. watched youtube videos on the process and looks pretty straight forward and simple enough, just can't find where to buy them for hondas.
