JamieAccord
I've got a 91 Honda Accord LX. Only the back left passenger window works and summertime in this part of the country is hot-as-hell. The car runs great but requires vigilance in its upkeep, windows, break-lights staying on, that sort of thing. I want to experiment by putting in a roll-up window on the driver's side, mostly so I don't die of heatstroke but also to make things a lot simpler. Question: has anyone done this before (gone from electric to manual roll-up windows)? If so, do you have any pointers and/or a useful video or post you can link? Thanks for any input. Kohen
the best way of doing it (but a little more expensive) would be to just buy the doors that have the hand roll-up feature. i'm sure there would be a way to do it by just buying the door panel or whatever but it would be more labor intensive.
