shlalaw Posted October 20, 2010 Share Posted October 20, 2010 Have a 1996 EX sedan with driver's power seat, 3-way. The back and forth motor is going out. If I am unable to find a motor at a reasonable price, I would like to swap the seat and tracks out for a manual seat and tracks. Does anyone know if the tracks will match up? I would not deal with the tracks though, I would just undo the four bolts and take the whole seat assembly out and swap. Be sure that if it is a four door you get seats from a four door (etc.) in order to help ensure the angle will fit. If by chance you find out that the 2 door seats are the same then you might be able to take seat out of a Acura CL of the same generation and possibly the motor...
