Replacement headrest for '08 Accord

I've never liked the "head restraint system" on my Accord. (I understand the idea behind it, but still gives me a crick in my neck--so I've turned it around to face backward.)

 

But I'd like some support back there, in the event of an accident, and someone suggested putting a traditional style headrest in as a replacement. Does anyone know of where I could find a replacement that may fit?
