Serpentine Belt

so i did attempt research at this one

and i saw a lot of people say mess with the tensioning bolt or what not

 

it just doesn't look that easy

i don't know if anyone else knows what im talkin about

but with my ac compressor, right at the pully, there is a bar or somethin

that it seems the belt would have to go around

 

and basicaly i just can't figure it out

any help?
