Buddhamania Posted May 15, 2009 Share Posted May 15, 2009 I have a 97 accord with a 4 banger in it and I just replaced the IAC valve on mine. It was just two bolts, a plug and two vacuum hoses on the bottom. The hard part about it was its located on the back of the motor by the firewall and getting to the clams on the hoses was the hardest part. I recommend doing it when the motor is cold cause I had to basically lay on mine to get to it. I know the vtec is different so im not really for sure what all is involved with it. Hope this helps.
