02 rsx-s jrsc intall

I had my jrsc installed on my car until the rotor coating started to peel off and caused me to throw a rod. After installation of the new engine I reinstalled the charger. The car starts up and runs for about 15-20 seconds and then shuts off. It's almost as I turned the key off. I checked all my connectors, ground wires and vacuum lines and they're all good. I also started throwing a P0341 code (vtc phase gap). Any help with some diagnostic knowledge would be greatly appreciated. I work in a well outfitted shop with access to snap-on scanners and alldatapro but yeah I'm stuck. Thanks.
