twcinnh Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 I have a 1993 Accord SE. One morning it cranked but stopped after letting go of the key. Mechanic replaced a battery connection. Next day my wife was on her way to work and the car just stopped. Same problem trying to start car and keep it going.<br /><br />Any suggestion. The mechanic says a spring fell off the ignition switch, but I'm not sure how it got back on to keep it starting after he did something to the battery.
