cranny
use the wiring harness thats in the 95. you may need to change whatever sensor plugs that may be different along the way. take your 95 injectors and put them in the B16 fuel rail. your either gonna need a hydro tranny , or cable to hydro conversion. you bought the OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness for nothing. you need to sell that and buy an OBD1 PR3 or P30. or a chipped P28. Hostilescivic
I have the engine harness out of my 90 integra. Which is why I bought my OBD0 to OBD1 conversion. MY buddy said my cable transmission will work and doesnt see why it would. He has a cable tranny on his B 16.
EFHatchTuner
The only plugs that will probaly be different are the the two on the distributor. You can get an OBD1 engine harness and the OBD1 distributor and be on your way. Which ECU do you have? The P28 is a good easy to find unit for any B-Series with VTEC, chipped ofcoarse.
