Miamishatchback02 Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 Ok i striped a d15z1 motor whish is the economy vtec motor with 92 hp only so iam wondering if i can use in this block any other D series pistongs and rods and intake manifold to make it gain power and make it faster so i would apreciate the help pls. Hatch92 Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 you can use a d16z6 head with the internals for the d15 and then you will have a mini-me or frankenstein motor. if i remember correctly the d15 and d16 share the same internals. so putting the d16 head on your block would open a little bit of power right off the top.
