91sivic Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 O.k. I have a '91 Civic SI, but it has been monkey'd with. Who ever had it before me put in an EX motor from another car. The problem is I have no idea what year the motor is. I am missing the idle control valve and I've looked around (mainly on Ebay) and many of them look different. Can anyone tell me if there is any difference in the idle control valves of the 88-91, 92-95, and the 96-00? I figured since the 88-91 Si's were SOHC Vtec, and the 92-00 EX's were SOHC Vtec that they'd be the same. Please help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
