Just a quick question

You'll also need an intake, an exhaust if you can, and I believe you will need a test pipe or catalytic converter, not sure your stock catalytic converter will bolt up.

 

Replacing all the seals and gaskets is a little overboard, in my opinion. It makes sense to get it done, but I don't think it will need it. Except for the parts that came off my car, still have the Japanese gaskets and seals. HMO has clean engines.
