Col Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 I have a keyless entry alarm system that came with my '98 Prelude, but no paperwork. The keyfob has the Alpine logo on it with 2 buttons. One activates/disarms locks and alarm system, the other I have no idea. It has EXT next the the button, and once I have locked the car with the first it causes another alarm bleep when I press it. Does anyone have any idea what this button or 2nd blip is for?
willthiswork89 Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 normally on a standard alarm system they have one for an Accessory such as while your in the store you can hit the button and turn on neons, stereo, ect. But you have to figure out your wiring harness on your system and then figure when wires need to go where
