honda_newbee Posted March 26, 2006 Share Posted March 26, 2006 ok heres the deal... 1989 accord ......auto trans...needs axle shaft replaced.....drivers side....2 parts stores in my town and no manuals to purchase on how to do this.......need your help.....need car monday for work... removed wheel and axle nut removed brake caliper removed castle nuts to rack and pinion and the one at the bottom of the rotor...(strut) nothing is free nothing moves to get the axle out of the hub... i have tried prying the spindle off the strut ....it wont move...what the heck do i need to do to get this apart ????? thanks in advance accord_newbee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
