What I want to know is, when you turn the stearing wheel do the back wheels turn at all when the car is stationary. Cause I know that the 3rd gen back wheels will turn if you turn the stearing wheel when it's in park. I was looking at a 92 with 4WS and turning the stearing wheel and didn't see the rear tires turning to either side the 4WS warning light was on so I don't know if the 4WS doesn't work at all or the back wheels only turn when you're driving at high speeds.
