blackdelsol Posted August 21, 2005 Posted August 21, 2005 I just finished putting in aftermarket exhaust, but the entire system is about two inches farther tward the back than it should be, so I lookad at the headers, and it looks like they were hit by something because both of the pipes have big dents, and its touching the oil pan. I had some friends look at it, and they said I could get decent headers for around $180, not high performance, but better than stock, but I don't know anything about headers, so if anyone can tell me a good brand or something that would help a lot. sorry about the long post.
BigBirdSucks Posted August 22, 2005 Posted August 22, 2005 just to give you a reference for pricing of a good header, mine was $500.
blackdelsol Posted August 22, 2005 Author Posted August 22, 2005 I know they are expensive. I don't have the cash for a good one, but I need a new one. rock > me < hard place
BigBirdSucks Posted August 22, 2005 Posted August 22, 2005 if you really need one, I have a used Neuspeed header I sell to you for cheap.
blackdelsol Posted August 22, 2005 Author Posted August 22, 2005 I'll pay that. how long from now, and hows the shipping going to work?
BigBirdSucks Posted August 22, 2005 Posted August 22, 2005 where do you live? give me a couple days to get it wrapped up and such. I have a very tight schedule right now, but I'll have some time tuesday. I figure out shipping and if it's not too much, I won't charge anything. if it is, would there be a problem with splitting the shipping costs? I'm heading to bed, but my e-mail is [email protected]
blackdelsol Posted August 22, 2005 Author Posted August 22, 2005 [email protected] if you have to add it to a safe list for junk mail or something.
