I have a 2022 pilot trailsport that moves from D (which I intentionally set it in) to S mode on its own. It seems to do it when I am slowing down, like when entering a parking lot or going over speed bumps. I am sure they I am not doing it with the s/d button or with the gear paddles. It is happening automatically. Any info about why this happens and how I can stop it from happening in future would be appreciated.
