Samsung S23 Ultra Conectivity Issues

I recently purchased the new S23 Ultra and have not been able to connect it to my 2018 Honda Accord Touring, especially when trying to use Android Auto. It connects via Bluetooth to make calls and play music, but even then, my car screen says no smart phone is connected.
