Ecu swap '96 Civic

The ECU i currently got is a P3X -
Hey, so i've gotten an ECU from a '00 civic with the ID of "PHX" and was wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible(and if so, easy) to swap it with the one i got in my '96 (Not sure of ID yet, will add later) since the PHX is obd1 and current one is obd0.
