5th Gen Accord USDM: Heated Seats (from 1G Acura CL)

There are absolutely no Acura CLs I can source from in my area; while I have most of the parts I need, I'm completely unable to find the relays that are used in this guide because I have nowhere to source it from. Is it possible to use a relay from another model? Or a generic one? I don't know enough about electrical systems to guess and check.
