Replacing Under Cover Assembly

Hi all,
First time poster here. I hit a piece of debris on the highway that I believe jumped up and shattered part of my plastic undercarriage assembly (picture attached, front of car is furthest point from camera). Can anyone please confirm? Also, are there instructions on replacing this piece myself out there? I haven’t been able to find anything. Thanks for everyone’s time.
