Double clutching?

No syncrhos is like trying to put it into gear without the clutch engaged.

ya

idk if thats the same as double clutchin

we call that power shifting..my boy does it in his trans am...

but what i thought was double clutchin(i might be wrong) is say you are in 2nd gear at about 3 rpms..just dump the clutch and accelerate..ur rpms will rise and then quickly let go of the clutch..you will feel a little boost..but then again..you can always downshift

me and juice asked this one guy what it was and he said " when your sitting there in first gear you rev to 4k and then drop it into second without using the clutch". i was thinking to myself if your stopped there at a light your gonna eather be and neutral or have the clutch engaged. or if your moving along and try that you can't jus revit high or your clutch is slipping so if you do that then that's power shifting right? i was just saying this cause this kid was stupid with an automatic so how would he be "double clutching".
