I would vote for B18C1 becauase it is a good platform for turbo, doesn't weigh as much as the H22 and would be cheaper than an LS-Vtec. Just depends on your budget. You should list your budget so people can decide accordingly. No budget then I vote for a MR w/ NSX motor (like the CRX that someone did).

i would go h22 that's if you don't really care about budget

you would have to reenforce the chassis and get a good lsd in order to get all your power on the floor and not burn out too much

sum kid around here has an h22 on a hatchback with high compression pistons and a few other mods running 12.7

he said the quaifi lsd got him from 13's to 12's

I bet he pulls about 0.70g on the skidpad too with that H22 in the front.
