well, let me just tell you this now.. no ride is as smooth as stock suspension. the reason for this is that the stock springs and the size of your wheels go hand in hand. if you swap out one of the other, its not going to be as smooth as stock. theres always an exception though.. if you change your springs, shocks, and wheels.....make sure the springs and shocks are compatable. as for wheels, dont go too big or else you'll rub. just do some reasearch before you buy anything

Well, I don't know TL. Sure the guys at the factory have a bunch of specs to adhere to, but they buy those springs from the same manufacturer of the aftermarket stuff.

Your point is dead on about the suspension and tires being matched, but a different setup can be "matched up" as well. The key is to not go too extreme in either direction, and stay above a XXX/50/RXX aspect ratio. Racing suspensions and tires are all much harder than Stock touring setups. Stay with touring gear and you can keep a smooth ride. Use the rcing stuff and you'll definitely get yer teeth jangled!

no, theyre not 500! holy cow! lol actually, you'd be surprised how much they cost. they're even cheaper than eibachs or them other top brand springs. the tein stech will run you about 150 bucks or so

yes, they replace your stock springs. you do not have to buy other parts. you might want to get an alignment after you install your springs so they dont wear out your tires b/c once you drop your car....its not balanced. i had eibachs on my old car and i had to go through 2 sets of tires per year and that wasn't cheap at all...especially if you have wheels.

you might want to get shocks too but thats not really necessary. eibach springs are suppose to be compatible with your stock shocks. if you have extra money and want a super smooth ride, you can invest in some aftermarket shocks as well.
